Major Tasks
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance to clients, ensuring they are comfortable, clean, and cared for at all times.
- Assist with essential tasks such as mobility, bathing, dressing, feeding, and medication reminders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for clients while following hygiene and health standards.
- Observe and monitor clients’ health conditions and report any changes or concerns promptly to the medical team or supervisors.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence as much as possible, offering both physical and emotional support.
- Communicate effectively with family members, healthcare providers, and colleagues to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of care activities, observations, and any incidents as required.
- Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures to ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- A diploma in nursing or a certificate in basic caregiving from a recognized institution.
- Minimum three years of experience caring for elderly or dependent patients, preferably in a residential or healthcare environment.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and capable of assisting clients with mobility and daily activities.
- Must be patient, trustworthy, and compassionate, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Candidates with relevant certifications in healthcare or caregiving will be given preference.
