Responsibilities of the Quality and Regulatory Specialist

The Quality & Regulatory Specialist role is part of the Nespresso SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) team in Rhodes. This position is essential in ensuring that Nespresso maintains the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety. You’ll play a key role in protecting both the customer experience and the brand’s reputation while supporting ongoing improvement initiatives.

Major Tasks

As a Quality and regulatory specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Quality and Compliance—Lead investigations into quality issues, drive corrective actions, and maintain documentation to ensure product and process excellence.

  • Regulatory Oversight – Manage compliance for coffee, machines, accessories, and food. Oversee product labeling, track regulatory changes, and provide support for new product launches.

  • Customer Experience – Monitor and reduce complaints while supporting cross-functional initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • SHEQ Support—Assist boutiques with ISO audits, maintain key safety documentation, and contribute to annual health and safety projects.
